  •  Statutes that apply in determining child and spousal support.

 Afternoon Program - Drafting Settlements:

  •  Documenting Settlements and Judgment Processing
  •  Review of comprehensive written settlement and judgment template
  •  Required & recommended provisions for division of marital property (including real estate and retirement assets)
  •  Drafting child and spousal support provisions (including bonus and overtime)
  •  Documenting parenting plans and required child custody provisions.
