Breer Law Offices provides post-judgment divorce services for parties who need additional documentation to carry out their real property transfers,  division of retirement accounts, and other property related matters that were ordered in their Judgment. The services may include the following:

• Drafting Qualified Domestic Relations Orders (QDRO's) for division of 401k's, traditional pensions and other ERISA Plans.

• Drafting deeds for signature and recordation carrying out transfer of real properties awarded in the divorce judgement.

Post Judgment Mediation Services:

Breer Law Offices provides mediation services when parties seek to modify their support orders after entry of judgment due to changes in their financial circumstances, or when one or both of the parties desire to modify a co-parenting plan.   Post-Judgment Mediation Services seeking judgment modifications include 1-2 mediation sessions, preparation of written settlement agreement and Stipulation Modifying the Judgment for filing with the court.
